Terms of Service

What this is
A Card Pageis operated by Sandpiper Media Group (“we”, “us”). It lets you create a digital business card at a link and exchange contact details with people who scan or open it. You sign in with your email address and a one-time code.
Service availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee uptime or that the service will continue to exist indefinitely. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. If we permanently shut down, we’ll make reasonable efforts to give notice so you can export your contact book.
Plans
A Card Page is currently free. Paid plans are coming soon; when they launch, their terms and pricing will be described before you buy.
Your account and content
You’re responsible for the content you put on your card. Your card and its styling are public: anyone with the link can view them, and visitors can copy a custom theme’s CSS. Don’t use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or abusive; we may remove cards or terminate accounts that do. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from Settings.
Contact exchange
Information someone submits through your card’s “share your info” form is stored so you can view and export it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service.
