Terms of Service

What this is
acard.page is operated by Sandpiper Media Group (“we”, “us”). It lets you create a digital business card tied to your Bluesky (AT Protocol) identity and exchange contact details with people who scan your card.
Service availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that the service will continue to exist indefinitely. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If we permanently shut down, we will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice so you can export your contact book.
Pro purchase
Pro is a one-time $10 payment that unlocks additional features (such as custom card themes and up to 8 card fields) on your account for as long as the service operates. It is not a subscription, and it is not a guarantee that the service will operate for any particular period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; we may issue refunds at our discretion.
Your account and content
You sign in with your Bluesky account; your public Bluesky profile (name, avatar, bio) is displayed on your card from the AT Protocol network, and if you turn on the recent-posts option, your public Bluesky posts are shown alongside it. You are responsible for the content you put on your card. Your card and its styling are public: anyone with the link can view them, and visitors can copy a custom theme’s CSS from your card. Don’t use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or abusive; we may remove cards or terminate accounts that do.
Contact exchange
Information that someone submits through your card’s “share your info back” form is stored so you can view and export it. If they later create an account with a verified matching email, the exchange is linked to their account too.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $10 if you paid nothing).
Changes
We may update these terms; if we make material changes we’ll post the new terms here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use means acceptance.
Assignment
You may not assign these terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
